I'm not a qualified doctor, so those who choose to follow this action plan, it's at your own risk!

STEP 1: Ask yourself aloud: "Am I really bored?" and answer yourself aloud: "Yes, I am."

STEP 2: Start a conversation with yourself. People might think that you're crazy, but it really works. It also cures loneliness, doesn't it? Yes, indeed! We're best buddies!

STEP 3: Talking to yourself is a sign of weakness! Call your friends! If you have no friends, then call yourself. You are the one who knows you the best, after all. You'll know how to amuse you! If you think it's a waste of time to call anybody, then procede to step 4.

STEP 4: Think about what you would be doing 5 years from now, and do that right now. For example, if the answer is: "finally start doing the homework planned for tomorrow," then get to work! It's a real good pastime! If the answer is: "Jump off a bridge because I have no future because I failed my exams because I didn't do my homework, or just because I suck," then... DON'T JUMP YET!!! THERE'S MORE TO IT!!!

STEP 5: Start your computer, go to the internet, follow this [link] and read the journal about how to cure boredom. I highly recommend it! It helped me a lot!

Step 6: If the previous steps weren't enough to keep you occupied for at least 5 minutes, then write your own journal about how to cure boredom. It should take approximately another 10 minutes of your overflowing spare time.

STEP 7: Sit down, sigh, look at the ceiling and think about this: When you're bored, it means that you don't know what to do. There are things you'd normally die for, just to get the time to do them. Now that you've finally got the time, you just can't enjoy it. You're bored, because you can't do anything you like to do. And nobody likes to be bored, right?
But think about this: if you don't like to be bored, then why are you? Can't you fix it by doing something neutral? Stop doing the things you don't like, like sitting in a corner of your room, being bored. Distract yourself by reading something, writing down your thoughts, doodling stickfigures killing each other. I don't care, just do something.
When you're busy, your mind will clear up and you'll remember what kind of stuff you like to do in your spare time. In no time, you'll find at least one thing you can do that won't be blocked by boredom. And there it is: your cure to boredom!







Seriously though, if you believe what I just wrote down, then you just fell for the biggest buckload of crap ever written in human history.
